This deployment is proving to be pretty rough on my family. Extremely rough. Dh and i are both having a hard time. His shoulder is still bothering him. He is under alot of stress. Please please pray for him. I worry so much about him going.
I start counsiling tomorrow and see my dr also to cope with the stress.
that we finally got Parker a speech therapist!!! At the pediatric speech therapy center in alexandria. a bit of a drive. but at least now we got him some help for his speech delay!!!
at least it's not like only one thing to do up there! You can take him to chucky cheese's or the zoo or the play area in the mall if it's too warm!! I wish movie theather's had childcare. David would be soooo there! Did you know there is childcare at the casino's???? A big 'No, thanks!'

Christina, My husband was in the Navy when I met him and I went through three deployments with him. He was on a submarine though and it was only for a few months at a time. I didn't make it easy and I do think you have it tougher. I sympathize greatly and want to let you know that if there is ANYTHING I can do, please let me know. Need someone to babysit, cook a meal, etc. please don't hesitate to call. It's hard. I know you are going back to your family but in the mean time. Please let me know what I can do.
